What you will do

• Present hirify.global’s technology and vision to executive and technical stakeholders at prospects and customers.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to communicate the value of the technology throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop technical champions within target accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve hirify.global’s offerings.
• Partner with ecosystem and implementation partners to build joint architectures and execute account strategies.
• Contribute to account and territory plans to accelerate growth in the Nordic market.

Requirements

• Experience in solution engineering or solution architecture within a SaaS environment or relevant data industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Experience with AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, and Git.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
