What you will do

• Partner with customers to design scalable data architectures using hirify.global technology and services.
• Develop account strategies in collaboration with Sales to grow platform usage.
• Build and present reference architectures and demo applications to help prospects achieve their goals.
• Consult on big data architectures, data engineering pipelines, and data science/machine learning projects.
• Promote and advocate for open-source projects including Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Expertise in Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), Data Warehousing (SQL, ETL), or ML (pandas, scikit-learn).
• Fluency in SQL and development experience in Python, Scala, Java, or R.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Must be based in Mexico City and available for regional travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience building solutions with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Operations Research.
