TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist (Portuguese): Handle inbound/outbound technical support for hirify.global's reservation software clients with an accent on problem-solving complex issues via email and phone. Focus on becoming a hirify.global expert, communicating across teams, providing feedback to development, and contributing to help documentation and procedures.

Location: Amsterdam office, hybrid friendly, legally authorized to work in the Netherlands required, shift flexibility including weekends and holidays.

What you will do

  • Become an expert hirify.global user and stay updated on new features.
  • Handle support issues via emails and phone calls.
  • Provide personalized technical solutions by listening, understanding, and problem-solving.
  • Communicate across teams to meet client needs.
  • Give feedback to the development team and contribute to help documentation.
  • Develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator in Portuguese and English (bilingual)
  • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands
  • Committed to best-in-class customer/technical support.
  • Able to work closely with others in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy, patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem-solve.
  • Shift flexibility, available for weekends and holidays

Nice to have

  • Experience using Zendesk.
  • Experience in customer/technical support.
  • Experience in the travel industry.
