What you will do

• Configure, automate, and administer the Collibra platform to ensure it is scalable and maintainable (approx. 70% of the role).
• Integrate Collibra with core data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, and Kafka.
• Translate data governance principles into practical platform capabilities such as data products, data contracts, and workflows.
• Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and maintain custom domains for various business teams.
• Ensure key data products are discoverable, monitored, and compliant by design.
• Drive the adoption of data governance through the creation of training materials, guidance, and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar tools, specifically in administration, asset modeling, permissions, and integrations.
• Proven ability to turn governance requirements into scalable technical implementations.
• Familiarity with data products, data contracts, lineage, and data quality monitoring.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and DBT.
• Preference for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) over manual configuration.
