What you will do

• Plan and manage game balancing mechanics for the Hungry Shark brand.
• Design and set up in-game offers and live events to improve engagement and player experience.
• Optimize KPIs through data-driven balancing and A/B test analysis.
• Manage the game economy, pricing of virtual goods, and the balance between free and paid content.
• Propose and implement economy balancing for new game features.
• Create and maintain a "Best practice" balancing module for future projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
• Strong interest in game economy and monetization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Basic programming or scripting experience, specifically VBScript.
• Experience in mobile game development or Live Ops.
• Degree in Videogames Design or equivalent.
• Passion for mobile gaming and regular testing of current market titles.
