What you will do

• Analyze, create, and edit product information according to hirify.global guidelines to maintain structured data within internal systems.
• Assist in product mappings during ingestion to align partner data with standard structures.
• Verify and validate product details by cross-referencing multiple sources and performing quality checks.
• Conduct online research to gather and enrich product records, ensuring factual accuracy and tone of voice compliance.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational troubleshooting and perform real-time QA audits to maintain production pace.
• Lead technical onboarding and provide continuous desk-side training to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• English: B2+ proficiency minimum with proven professional use.
• Experience working in digital content writing.
• Proven ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies in large data sets.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Guimarães, Portugal.
