What you will do

  • Conduct deep-dive KPI investigations (churn, LTV, retention) and recommend smarter budget allocation using SQL and advanced analytics
  • Lead and mentor 3-5 Brand Analysts, developing them into strategic P&L owners
  • Maintain oversight of Acquisition, CRM, and Fraud/Risk ecosystem impacts
  • Bridge Business and Data Science teams, guiding ML features for churn/LTV/propensity models
  • Standardize analytical best practices for consistent strategic output
  • Act as brand health gatekeeper, ensuring balanced growth across KPIs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social gaming/iGaming analytics or commercial roles with P&L responsibility
  • Team management experience building strategic thinkers and fostering learning
  • SQL proficiency; experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot), ML applications, and data privacy (GDPR)
  • Business owner mentality focused on optimization, efficiency, and ownership
  • Investigative mindset to uncover hidden truths in data
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for predictive modeling
