What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs and business change processes across EB Delivery.
- Establish and maintain Change Governance frameworks and the Business Change Risk Register.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives to standardize team offerings and improve quality outcomes.
- Allocate demand across OWS and oversee third-party vendors and internal IT groups to meet deliverables.
- Act as 2IC to the Director of Commercial Operations, chairing steering committees and preparing executive reporting.
- Build strong customer relationships to maintain high Customer Experience ratings and support contract extensions.
Requirements
- Significant change and project management experience in the telecommunications or ICT industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex programs involving multiple work packages.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience across IT, Network, Business, and Customer landscapes.
- Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills for executive-level presentations.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Program Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or ICT.
