What you will do

• Manage and deliver energy consulting assignments, including technical due diligence and feasibility studies.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients.
• Advise clients on regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.
• Lead internal project teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
• Develop and grow the energy-related consultancy team across the CEE region.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or economics.
• Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• English: C1 or upper B2 required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Wroclaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in the CEE region.
• License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
