IT Service Desk Technician (Energy)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Erlangen, Germany (4 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and Office 365 environments.
• Configure, set up, and deploy Windows PCs and Apple Macs.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and troubleshoot SharePoint and ServiceNow.
• Support and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing systems and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory systems and the IT knowledge base.
• Collaborate with local IT vendors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or service desk environments.
• 3+ years of experience supporting macOS (Mac OSX) environments.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and identity management.
• Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Erlangen office 4 days per week.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
