TL;DR
IT Service Desk Technician (IT Support): Providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, and O365 environments with an accent on macOS and Windows systems. Focus on resolving end-user issues, managing Active Directory, and maintaining office IT infrastructure in Erlangen.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Erlangen, Germany (4 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and Office 365 environments.
- Configure, set up, and deploy Windows PCs and Apple Macs.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and troubleshoot SharePoint and ServiceNow.
- Support and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing systems and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory systems and the IT knowledge base.
- Collaborate with local IT vendors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or service desk environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting macOS (Mac OSX) environments.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and identity management.
- Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the Erlangen office 4 days per week.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
