What you will do

• Manage external production of 2D/3D art, animation, and VFX to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop comprehensive creative briefs and technical documentation for external partners.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Oversee asset integration into the game engine, performing minor adjustments to ensure game-ready standards.
• Coordinate with internal Art and Production Leads to align external workflows with project goals.
• Analyze and optimize content pipelines to improve production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of industry-standard art pipelines across 3D, 2D/UI, animation, and VFX.
• Experience with asset integration and optimization processes within game engines.
• Working knowledge of version control systems for asset management and collaboration.
• Ability to articulate complex visual concepts and a keen eye for artistic detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software used for 2D and 3D art creation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity game development.
• Technical skills in shader creation, particles, VFX, or procedural content tools.
