• Manage the end-to-end production of Black Library audiobooks, including casting, recording, editing, and mastering.
• Act as the technical specialist and SME to set quality standards and maintain process documentation.
• Direct narrators to capture high-quality performances that complement the narrative action.
• Research industry trends and embrace new software to improve audio production workflows.
• Coach and mentor new members of the audio team.
• Collaborate with audio and editorial colleagues to deliver premium audio products.

Requirements

• Must be based full time at the UK headquarters in Nottingham.
• Strong proficiency in ProTools and Google Suite.
• Proven background in audio production or a music studio environment.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the hirify.global IP.
