What you will do

• Manage daily project workflows and production pipelines for transmedia projects.
• Create and track detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Develop and maintain Story Bibles to ensure narrative consistency and world-building authenticity.
• Produce content for emerging platforms including VR/AR, digital avatars, and virtual goods.
• Coordinate between global SBUs, IP owners, and external stakeholders.
• Provide KPI reports and risk assessments to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-platform production (gaming, animation, or digital content).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Burbank, CA office.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine, Unity, JIRA, Trello, and Miro.
• Experience in IP lifecycle management and world-building.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse cultures and time zones, specifically with Japanese companies.
• Knowledge of VR, AR, and AI tools for organizational efficiency.
