Salary: $38 - $48 per hour

What you will do

• Build and execute offers, events, and promotion plans to achieve monthly studio goals and target metrics.
• Monitor live product health and revenue performance, surfacing data-driven insights to management.
• Develop pricing strategies for in-game offers and services to optimally drive user spend.
• Analyze player behavior and event performance using internal BI tools like Tableau.
• Coordinate with Product, Economics, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure accurate execution of live ops calendars.
• Support the design and optimization of new monetization systems and features.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in game design, live operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SPARX tools (gacha, gamestore, events).
• Deep familiarity with top-grossing F2P games and current live ops design trends.
• Ability to derive basic insights from Tableau dashboards.
• Must be based in Vancouver and work on-site 5 days a week.
