What you will do

• Lead end-to-end mobile product design from discovery and research to UI definition and handoff.
• Create scalable and consistent experiences aligned with native iOS and Android standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation to guide product decisions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights for the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and impact.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design for complex digital products.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience with mobile ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of native mobile design patterns (iOS and Android).
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with scalable UI frameworks and design systems.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and usability testing.
• Must be based in Brazil.
