What you will do

• Lead and refine editorial guidelines for all Hub content and content verticals.
• Manage quality control within the editorial team using documented tracking of successes and failures.
• Develop guidelines for AI content editing and provide feedback to AI tool creators to improve drafts.
• Mentor senior editors through task delegation and career development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.
• Oversee the design, style, and tone of publications with a focus on conversion, SEO, and UX.
• Optimize headlines and content for Google Search and Google News to drive traffic and revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an editor and leading an editorial team.
• Experience with AI automation.
• Exceptional English writing ability for both long-form and short-form content.
• Outstanding creative skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of previous editorial projects.
• Experience with Claude Enterprise.
