What you will do

• Create, localize, and finalize high-quality content for complex B2B projects as a subject matter expert.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving SEO, Digital Marketing, Design, and Development teams.
• Contribute to and influence the overarching Content Plan, Activity Calendar, and Lead Magnet Plan.
• Mentor Senior, Middle, and Junior Content Writers and maintain quality control of final drafts.
• Analyze content performance using GA4 and GSC to improve USPs and sales enablement materials.
• Resolve complex issues related to content strategy and website maintenance.

Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, journalism, linguistics, or relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record in copywriting, editing, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in English (C1+) and Spanish (C1+).
• Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) and analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, IT marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of Russian, Portuguese, or Polish languages.
• Experience with WordPress and ChatGPT.
• Language certificates (CAE, CPE, CELTA, IELTS, or TOEFL).
• Understanding of design cycles and general marketing principles.
