What you will do
- Perform GAV reviews, oversee staff output, and allocate operational tasks.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to client SLAs.
- Manage operations for diverse loan types, including private, syndicated, delayed draws, and revolvers.
- Identify and resolve P&L anomalies and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Utilize Markit, Clearpar, and WSO to complete full reconciliations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within the investor services or asset management industry.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Dublin, Ireland.
