What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency, high-throughput trading microservices in Go.
• Optimize performance regarding CPU/memory consumption, GC pressure, and lock-free structures.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns and event-driven pipelines.
• Build resilient distributed services with failover, back-pressure handling, and graceful degradation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to design algorithms and logical schemes.
• Conduct cross-team code reviews and propose architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Golang and deep understanding of concurrency (goroutines, channels, sync, atomics).
• Strong experience implementing microservices using NATS, Kafka, gRPC, or REST.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases including MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Proven track record of building high-load systems with low latency.
• Experience with high-frequency trading (HFT).

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of Forex/CFD trading, including market data streams, order execution, and risk engines.
• Knowledge of binary protocols such as Protobuf, SBE, or FlatBuffers.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of FIX API integrations.
