What you will do

• Collect project planning information from producers, project managers, and HQ to align financial goals.
• Perform monthly cost tracking and analysis, providing critical assistance during monthly actual closing.
• Manage budgeting and regular forecasting to ensure accuracy within the financial systems.
• Generate monthly project reports and lead related financial meetings.
• Operate ERP systems and act as a key coordinator between finance, producers, and other studios.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PPT).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
