What you will do

• Develop and implement the country’s financial strategy aligned with the Group's vision.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure full compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while managing relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and auditing.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
