About the Role

You will manage controlling and month-end closing for assigned entities, coordinate and support external audits, and review accountants' deliverables to ensure timely and accurate financial close. You will develop and produce financial reports, analytics, and ad-hoc reporting, propose and implement automations to improve finance operations and ERP efficiency, liaise with Operations to provide tailored reports, and support implementation and updates of finance procedures and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or financial reporting
• English proficiency (written and oral)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• ERP experience (preferred)
• IFRS and financial reporting knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain report quality
• Multitasking and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Flexible, disciplined, and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and curious
• Ambition to learn and develop
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage controlling and monthly closing for assigned entities
• Manage external audits for assigned entities
• Review accountants' deliverables and ensure timely month-end closing
• Propose and implement automation to improve finance operations and ERP efficiency
• Liaise with Operations to provide financial reporting, controlling, and tailored reports
• Support implementation and periodic updates of finance procedures
• Support finance project implementation
• Prepare analytics and ad-hoc reports
