What you will do

• Develop planning models and workflows to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Translate FP&A processes into scalable, reusable application components.
• Build scalable workflows for multi-entity reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the backlog and priorities.
• Support testing, validation, and the creation of solution assets and demos.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A or planning systems.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as hirify.global, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Chiasso, Switzerland
