What you will do

• Shape creative output for large-scale, multi-channel consumer campaigns within an in-house studio.
• Develop through-the-line campaign concepts and scalable visual identities.
• Create a diverse range of assets across print, digital, social, presentation, and event formats.
• Translate complex, insight-led briefs into clear, engaging, and accessible creative content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the studio.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across both print and digital channels.
• Ability to take full ownership of creative concepts from initial brief to final execution.
• Experience using data and audience insights to inform creative decisions.
• Confidence in presenting and articulating creative convictions in a "test and learn" environment.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to a central London office 2 days per week.
