Location: Hybrid (London) — 3 days in office, 2 days from home

What you will do

• Create social-first static and motion content for platforms including Instagram and TikTok
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality, scroll-stopping visuals
• Ensure all client assets remain consistent and accurate within brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Client Services, copywriters, and strategists to elevate design ideas
• Produce lo-fi and reactive content based on current social trends and formats

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of motion design and familiarity with After Effects
• Ability to contribute creative ideas and explain design choices
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning new tools
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days a week

Nice to have

• Experience with phone photography and elevating content in Adobe
• Proficiency in navigating PowerPoint or Google Slides
