What you will do

• Scale and mature infrastructure to reliably support the entire mortgage market.
• Build foundational systems for engineering velocity and platform reliability, including cloud architecture and deployment systems.
• Develop and maintain observability and incident response frameworks.
• Create and optimize internal developer tooling.
• Design and operate reliable distributed systems at scale.

Requirements

• Experience with strongly typed programming languages such as C# or Go.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including indexing and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and Terraform.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or OpenSearch.
• Background in performance engineering within the specified domains.
