What you will do

• Research and integrate emerging technologies into release processes and infrastructure.
• Champion new ideas to enhance infrastructure and product effectiveness.
• Apply data modeling and predictive analysis to anticipate production issues.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, vendors, business partners, and end-users.
• Lead discussions on scalable, fault-tolerant cloud services design.
• Participate in architectural reviews and provide input on service improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps, or similar focused on software delivery and infrastructure.
• Proven process improvements and automation in complex environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD).
• Scripting/automation (Python, Go, Bash); containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes).
• IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation); monitoring, logging, observability tools; ElasticSearch management.
• Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and cross-team leadership skills.
