TL;DR

Associate Product Content Engineer I (Data Intelligence): Develop impactful, use-case-driven content like Data Products, EU AI Act, GDPR by translating technical platform features into accessible solutions with an accent on end-user journey optimization and AI experimentation. Focus on prototyping bold AI ideas, simplifying out-of-the-box experiences, and influencing the product roadmap through configuration and customization.

Hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium office – at least two days each week in office.

What you will do

  • Build use-case-driven content translating platform features into high-value solutions like Data Products, EU AI Act, GDPR, BCBS 239.
  • Optimize end-user journey using configuration and customization to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging technologies, prototyping bold ideas and iterating based on learnings.
  • Support community forums as platform expert, guiding scalable customizations.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape the Data Intelligence platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years in data consulting, solutions architecture, business analysis, or process engineering; recent graduates with relevant internships or projects qualify.
  • Proficiency or strong desire to master SQL, Python, JSON/REST APIs, BPMN 2.0, low-code/no-code tools.
  • Experience with AI & Automation: Model Control Planes, LLM orchestration, Prompt Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Collaborative problem-solver thriving in global cross-functional teams; clear communicator explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Background in Data Governance, Privacy, or Cataloging.
