Systems Engineer (MBSE)

TL;DR

Systems Engineer (MBSE): Supporting system architecture and integration of hardware, software, and data solutions in secure operational environments with an accent on MBSE and DoDAF frameworks. Focus on designing wearable and sensor-based systems and implementing digital engineering strategies throughout the system lifecycle.

Location: Onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, USA. Must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret clearance.

What you will do

• Develop system architectures using MBSE and DoDAF frameworks.
• Support the design, integration, and evaluation of wearable and sensor-based systems.
• Perform requirements analysis, trade studies, and system modeling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, cyber, data, and hardware domains.
• Support digital engineering strategies and lifecycle development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw.
• Familiarity with DoDAF and digital engineering system lifecycle processes.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with wearable systems, sensors, or C4ISR.
• Exposure to TAK or tactical systems.
