What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform hands-on manual and automated black-box and grey-box testing.
• Review and maintain automated test scripts to support back-end QA automation.
• Analyze recurring bugs and defects across multiple products to implement preventative solutions.
• Communicate product readiness and quality metrics to management and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and filling gaps in QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Python and experience testing and validating C++ applications.
• Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including complex query optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering testing engagements using Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance tools such as Apache JMeter.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
