What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, React, and TailwindCSS
• Write performant SQL for complex queries, reports, and data workflows
• Collaborate with product and design to shape requirements and propose technical solutions
• Own projects end-to-end including design, implementation, QA, rollout, monitoring, and iteration
• Write maintainable code with tests and robust monitoring/alerting
• Contribute to engineering practices, tooling, and standards around data and reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, and TailwindCSS (or equivalent)
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries on relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services
• Ability to own work end-to-end from design to deployment and monitoring
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) and modern CI/CD practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Experience building customer-facing SaaS products with focus on data accuracy
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
• Comfort with context-switching across multiple workstreams
