Location: Hybrid in Vilnius (3 office days / 2 WFH) with WFA options

Salary: 2700 - 4200 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Create visual content for web, social media, blog articles, email, and ad campaigns aligned with marketing strategy.
• Maintain consistency of logos, color schemes, and typography across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects.
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, booth prints, and merchandise.
• Perform quality control to ensure all designs are error-free, pixel-perfect, and compliant with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in graphic design principles: layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• Ability to handle diverse projects from small social graphics to large-scale campaigns.
• Experience with AI tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Must be able to work from the Vilnius office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience working at SaaS or B2B companies.
