What you will do

• Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide accurate and timely data insights.
• Own and drive the growth of key acquisition funnel metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses using Metabase.
• Optimize data pipelines and reporting systems to ensure high data quality.
• Apply ML techniques and collaborate on model development, including feature design and validation.
• Implement data-driven approaches and advanced experimentation methods to optimize user acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in B2C or fast-growing environments.
• Expert SQL skills with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in building data models and data marts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and end-to-end A/B testing.
• Python proficiency for data analysis (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
• English: B1+ required for business communication.
