What you will do

• Curate hirify.global-related content that resonates with Middle Eastern and international audiences.
• Lead the transition to a bilingual model by drafting all narratives fluently in English and Arabic.
• Produce high-quality social-first content, including engaging Reels and event recaps.
• Collaborate with the regional Commercial team to support partnerships and campaigns.
• Attend and cover key industry events to provide real-time updates for the community.
• Monitor social networks and algorithms to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of cultural conversations.

Requirements

• Native-level oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Must be based in the UAE and eligible to work in the UAE.
• Experience in social media content production and basic video/reel editing.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Deep passion for hirify.global content and the local/international cultural landscape.
• Ability to travel locally for events (driving license preferred).
