What you will do

• Implement migrations, data optimizations, and schema designs to ensure successful customer adoption.
• Tune slow queries and configurations to resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
• Utilize AI copilots and LLMs to accelerate query rewriting and test optimizations.
• Translate reference architectures into customer-specific production deployments.
• Act as the primary technical champion, owning technical success during project delivery.
• Develop reusable scripts, playbooks, and internal guides to share knowledge with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, specifically SQL tuning, performance optimization, and schema design.
• Proven track record of delivering complex migrations and data transformations in production environments.
• Fluency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages for data work).
• Ability to lead high-stakes technical conversations with customers under pressure.
• Must be based in North America or South America (NASA) time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in Implementation, Integration, or Solutions Engineering.
• Background in Professional Services or Technical Consulting.
