What you will do
- Process withdrawals (at least 50% of time) and support customer queries on deposits/withdrawals via case management.
- Identify and resolve transaction issues through analysis and troubleshooting.
- Handle PSP downtime by switching providers or taking action.
- Assist PSPs with investigations providing transaction details and communicate via phone/email/chat.
- Analyze data for irregular client activity and potential system faults to prevent abuse.
- Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and maintain secure, compliant payments operations.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–3 years in payment operations, financial services, or transaction processing
- Flexibility for shifts (morning, evening, night) and weekends/public holidays (with compensation)
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or related (advantage)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving
- Proficiency in English (oral/written)
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, good organization, communication skills
- Initiative, team-player mindset, eagerness to learn
