What you will do

• Process withdrawals (at least 50% of time) and support customer queries on deposits/withdrawals via case management.
• Identify and resolve transaction issues through analysis and troubleshooting.
• Handle PSP downtime by switching providers or taking action.
• Assist PSPs with investigations providing transaction details and communicate via phone/email/chat.
• Analyze data for irregular client activity and potential system faults to prevent abuse.
• Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and maintain secure, compliant payments operations.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years in payment operations, financial services, or transaction processing
• Flexibility for shifts (morning, evening, night) and weekends/public holidays (with compensation)
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or related (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving
• Proficiency in English (oral/written)
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, good organization, communication skills
• Initiative, team-player mindset, eagerness to learn
