Senior Tax Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Tax Analyst (Finance): Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and reconciliations across national, provincial, and municipal levels with an accent on regulatory changes, process optimization, and SAP data management. Focus on providing tax advisory to business units, supporting audits, and contributing to global standardization and automation projects.

Hybrid in San Fernando, Argentina (office presence 3 days per week). No work visa sponsorship or relocation.

What you will do

• Manage tax determination, filing, and compliance at all levels in complex regulatory environments.
• Monitor tax legislation changes, assess impacts, and update processes accordingly.
• Provide tax advisory support to business areas and optimize customer/supplier transactions.
• Maintain tax master data in SAP, perform reconciliations, and manage vendor/customer tax data.
• Coordinate with external advisors, support audits, and handle fiscal authority requests.
• Contribute to global/regional projects on process standardization, controls, efficiency, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in tax compliance and processes, including calculations and filings.
• Intermediate English (mainly written).
• Experience with SAP.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, functions, macros) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
