Focus on owning integrated project plans, leading cross-functional execution, managing risks and escalations, and driving adoption through change management.

Location: Dallas, TX, US (Office - Occasional Travel)

What you will do

  • Own integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, scope changes, and escalations across Lines of Business, Operations, IT, and vendors.
  • Drive decision-making, readiness assessments, status reporting with RAG posture, and critical path management for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Management and Technical Consultants to improve processes, address gaps, and support client projects.
  • Assess change impacts on people, processes, controls, and systems; partner on communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
  • Measure readiness, resistance, adoption risks, and ensure deliberate handoffs to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 7-10 years relevant banking, project/change management, and client onboarding experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking products/services, Bank/Vendor operations, organizational structure, and product delivery systems.
  • Advanced project/change management methodologies, tools, resource practices, and techniques including scope/schedule/quality/risk planning.
  • Strong PC/software skills, organization, time management, decision-making, problem-solving, team building, and consultative skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills for presentations and explaining technical information.
