Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Drive incident response and post-mortem processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Design and build internal tools and automation software to make production services easier and safer to maintain.
• Lead reliability-focused practices such as SLO design, failure analysis, and capacity planning.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide expertise and support during critical system incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of Software Engineering experience with .Net and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of architecture and application design.
• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic platforms.
• Basic understanding of lower-level software frameworks and networking.
• Distributed monitoring experience using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, powershell, or python.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
