What you will do

• Identify and onboard new affiliates while reactivating inactive partners.
• Execute marketing activities and prepare promotional assets including banners and copy.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and maintain regular communication with partners regarding product updates.
• Analyze affiliate performance and collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines and company policies.
• Resolve operational, financial, and technical issues to maintain smooth partnership workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in LATAM local markets and SEO.
• Strong understanding of the betting and gambling industry.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics basics.
• Knowledge of traffic sources and payment models like CPA and Revenue Share.
• Ability to analyze traffic KPIs such as ROI, ROMI, eCPA, and ARPU.
