What you will do

• Design and deploy end-to-end ML/AI production services, including model code, API layers, and monitoring.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems, balancing cost, latency, and quality.
• Write clean, testable OOP software and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical ML solutions in collaboration with product teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and iterate fast on model performance.
• Build AI-powered agentic workflows to automate internal pipelines and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Math, or equivalent depth from experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building production ML systems.
• Strong Python fluency with a focus on software engineering principles and OOP.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs.
• Experience with NLP tasks (classification, entity resolution) and distributed systems concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex).
• Background in OCR or document processing.
• Knowledge of PySpark, Ruby (Rails), dbt, or Snowflake.
• Experience in compliance-sensitive domains like fintech, legaltech, or hrtech.
