Salary: $232,500 - $325,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the architecture of the iOS app to scale for 100M+ additional DAUs.
• Identify gaps in current architecture and lead the redesign of the iOS platform to improve modularity and quality.
• Define and execute performance goals to minimize ANR rates and reduce app launch times (TTI/TTFF).
• Establish reliable telemetry and monitoring guardrails for key performance areas.
• Drive a company-wide culture of performance and mentor senior iOS engineers across the organization.
• Act as the primary architect and go-to person for complex iOS technical challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in iOS application design and development.
• Expertise in modern iOS frameworks, including SwiftUI and structured concurrency.
• Experience influencing technical direction and best practices in organizations with 200+ engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical expertise.
• Must be based in the United States.
