Sr. Manager, Workday HR Reporting & Analytics (Workday/Power BI): Advancing HR reporting and analytics capabilities by leveraging existing technologies with an accent on data governance, dashboarding, and executive-level insights. Focus on developing complex Workday reporting solutions, auditing data accuracy, and transforming business requirements into operational reports.

Location: Warren, NJ (Onsite)

Salary: $116,000 - $175,000

What you will do

  • Lead the support, administration, and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes and service delivery.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and insights using Workday and Power BI.
  • Champion data governance and accuracy, maintaining the data dictionary and performing reporting audits.
  • Create Workday reporting solutions using calculated fields, discovery boards, and worksheets.
  • Conduct data extracts and analyze employee data to infer trends that guide business decisions.
  • Partner with 3rd party consultants to produce annual Government reporting (EEO-1, VETS).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday report writing, discovery boards, and security.
  • Experience with Workday PRISM and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
  • Expertise in HR data quantitative analysis and data stewardship.
  • College degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Must be based in Warren, NJ.
