What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance technical standards for injection, blowing, and capping processes.
• Identify and assess breakthrough technological solutions to drive the global industrial strategy.
• Manage engineering and manufacturing networks to achieve Group Safety, Performance, and Nature targets.
• Collaborate with Digital Engineering and R&I departments on monitoring, KPIs, and sustainability initiatives like rPET.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various business units (CBU) worldwide.
• Organize workshops and technical training to improve operational competencies in bottling technologies.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in injection, blowing, and capping processes for the PET bottling industry.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in technical analysis for quality bottle assessment.
• Proven experience in project management and supplier management.
• Personal capacity and willingness for frequent international travel (50% of the time).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or Spanish.
• Lean manufacturing mindset and performance improvement experience.
