What you will do

• Lead technical support for the French market and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide expert hotline support and troubleshooting across the product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation and bulletins.
• Create and deliver technical trainings via online and offline platforms.
• Support European projects focused on digitalization and e-learning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor KPIs and optimize service processes.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering, mechanics, or automotive technology.
• Solid knowledge of thermal management, A/C systems, and engine mechanics.
• Fluent French and professional English required.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and digital training tools are an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Must be based in or able to work in Décines, France.
