Location: Dartmouth, NS, Canada. Must be eligible to obtain Canadian Government NATO Security Clearance and meet Canadian Controlled Goods requirements

What you will do
- Lead and execute QA and compliance activities within assigned manufacturing areas.
- Manage Material Review Boards (MRBs) and handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and maintain quality performance metrics.
- Ensure project compliance with Quality Management Systems and standards.
- Conduct independent assurance assessments of manufacturing documentation, engineering changes, and equipment calibration.
- Provide quality awareness training to internal teams.
Requirements
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience with minimum 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing NCRs and conducting audits in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Eligibility to obtain Canadian Government NATO Security Clearance and meet all requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of IFS ERP.
- Qualified Internal Auditor certification.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, and AQAP standards.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-620 standards.
