What you will do

• Provide guidance to OEM and Cloud customers on integrating PCIe switches and Ethernet NICs into servers and custom designs.
• Rapidly prototype internal AI tools using assistants like Cursor and Claude Code to enhance debug efficiency.
• Maintain AI-generated support tools, refining LLM prompts and managing API integrations.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered agents to help customers speed up preliminary troubleshooting.
• Reproduce and debug complex issues in customer platforms, driving fixes across firmware and software teams.
• Create detailed product documentation for networking, switching, and storage products.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with system, software, and protocol-level debug.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI coding assistants and LLM APIs (e.g., Cursor, OpenAI).
• Foundational understanding of networking principles (OSI, TCP/IP, Ethernet) and high-speed interconnects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Richmond, Canada.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and C/C++.
• Experience with RAG system design and MLOps concepts, including Docker.
• Knowledge of Ethernet NIC drivers and packet analysis tools like Wireshark.
• Experience with x86, ARM, or PPC embedded processors and protocol analyzers.
