What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery for betting and streaming products.
• Shape product vision by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and run assumption tests.
• Craft high-fidelity interfaces using micro-interactions and conditional prototypes to illustrate logic.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and agile ceremonies partnering with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and comprehensive UX documentation.
• Measure product impact through user feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in UX design, interaction design, or information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma and conditional logic prototyping tools with a strong portfolio.
• Expert knowledge of the full product design process, including strategy, research, and UI design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale across diverse audiences.
• Solid accessibility knowledge, including WCAG guidelines and page-level evaluations.
• Working understanding of front-end development and technical constraints.
