What you will do

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of security measures for organizational information systems.
• Protect IT systems from cyber threats through proactive security oversight.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and security frameworks.
• Manage security inventories within the CMDB.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information system security or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with RMF and NIST Standards.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Ashburn, VA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust methods (Zscaler ZIA/ZPA) and CASB.
• Knowledge of phishing-resistant MFA, SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with DNSSEC, encrypted DNS (DoH/DoT), and micro-segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Nessus, Palo Alto NGFW, Cisco ASA/Firepower, and GlobalProtect VPN.
