What you will do

• Own website performance, usability, and consistency across campaigns, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Build and optimize responsive, accessible pages using WordPress and Webflow.
• Execute a disciplined A/B and multivariate testing program to improve the buyer journey.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and content hierarchy for traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
• Manage site-side analytics, tracking, and instrumentation to ensure trustworthy conversion data.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in web development, conversion optimization, or digital experience management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress and Webflow required).
• Demonstrated experience in CRO and experimentation with measurable results.
• Knowledge of technical SEO, schema, and semantic structure for AI-era discoverability.
• Strong analytics skills with GA4, heat mapping, and session recording.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing in healthcare or regulated industries, including familiarity with HIPAA.
• Experience with ABM platforms, intent data, personalization, or attribution tooling.
• Comfort working with Figma for design collaboration.
